Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform language about “secure payment” means card collection and payouts under Stripe’s rules — not a separate licensed escrow bank account. Full legal detail is in Terms.
A platform fee may apply on completed bookings for inspector/company accounts. Exact % is shown in-product before you accept an offer.
Optional featured placement or lead products (when offered) are priced separately from commission. Standard directory listing is included in the inspector plan.
Card payments and payouts run through Stripe. Processor fees are charged by Stripe under their pricing; they are not an InspectorsFinder escrow bank account.
Cancellation windows and refund eligibility depend on booking status and are confirmed at checkout. Disputes and chargebacks follow Stripe/card-scheme rules plus our Terms.
Any trial period is labelled at signup. VAT is added where applicable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not void fees already incurred on completed jobs.
